THREE MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS TO FIT YOUR NEEDS!

Regular Member for physicians, advance practice nurse, or physician assistants.
Associate Member is an individual membership for Directors of Nursing, Administrators, or other interdisciplinary team members.
Corporate Member for 10+ medical directors, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants within the same organization.

Membership Year & Renewal Information

All PALTmed-Wisconsin memberships run from January 1 through December 31 each year, regardless of when you join. Memberships require annual renewal and do not automatically renew.

Regular & Associate Membership Renewals

You have two convenient options for renewing your Regular or Associate Membership:

Option 1: Renew Directly Through PALTmed-Wisconsin - Renew your membership online using the renewal options below.

Option 2: Renew Through PALTmed National - You can renew your PALTmed-Wisconsin membership when renewing your national PALTmed membership.

Corporate Membership

Corporate Membership is available to organizations enrolling 10 or more eligible professionals at $100 per member annually.

Each participating individual receives applicable membership benefits and one vote.

Corporate Membership applications and renewals are handled directly through PALTmed-Wisconsin and are not available through PALTmed National or for online purchase.

Associate Member - $140.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Renew manually For post-acute and long-term care professionals, such as Directors of Nursing, Administrators, and other licensed administrative or leadership staff interested in post-acute and long-term care. Associate Members are eligible to vote, attend annual meetings, receive organizational communications, and access other member benefits.

Corporate Membership old - $1,000.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year Renew manually Corporate Membership is available to organizations enrolling 10 or more licensed professionals at an annual rate of $100 per member. Each enrolled individual receives applicable membership benefits and one vote.
